The opening ceremonies of the Olympics are always impressive, each country, no matter how small, has its chance to march with its flag and take its place in the field of play. You always hear how special it is for individuals to represent their country, and what it means to stand on the podium having accomplished something only a select few have ever even attempted to accomplish. As spectators, we beam with pride for our athletes and celebrate and feel disappointment with them.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could have the same spirit in our organizations through good and bad times. In that, individuals would feel the same pride for you as their leader or peer and our organization--as we do for our country when we compete and win.

How can we build sustainable spirit in ourselves that creates a model for those on our teams to follow? After all, it is our company. When was the last time you took a moment to take inventory of what you have done to build team/company spirit? How much better could you and your team be if you found that spirit in your core to do the right things, for the right reasons, to get the best results? It starts with you. How do you draw upon your faith to get yourself centered and your core strong to allow your employees to gain the energy from your leadership?

Want to learn more about some tools that may help renew or strengthen your spirit? Why not attend this A New Equilibrium dinner program. We have a wonderful speaker.

Fee including a buffet dinner: $55 per person
